The chef
Germain Samoun
By taking the reins of the Vol 128 restaurant, Chef Germain Samoun has put all his know-how and passion at the service of a tasty and gourmet bistro menu. From Canada, where he officiated with the famous sEb l'Artisan Culinaire, to Australia, and via the starred house of Patrick Fréchin, the young Chef has skilfully combined his different experiences to offer original, modern and generous cuisine. , based on respect for fresh seasonal products. Carefully cooked meats and fish, refined juices and a beautiful vegetable presence on the plate, so that the pleasure of the eyes and that of the taste combine harmoniously.

Ayant entendu parler de ce nouvel établissement, nous avons voulu tester ce restaurant. Belle surprise, cadre de verdure exceptionnel, plusieurs terrasses surplombant un parc avec des étangs, la carte est intéressante, le service très avenant. Le restaurant est immersif, sur le thème de l'Afrique, ce qui plaira aux enfants comme aux adultes. A refaire.
Nous avons profité de ce lieu pour notre saint Valentin pour la soirée a thème et ce fût superbe. Une déco magnifique, le personnel est super sympa et accueillant, le cadre est super. Nous avons savourer un menu qui nous a régalé du début à la fin. Un vrai dépaysement en région metzinne, nous qui habitons à 5 min de ce lieu. Nous reviendrons pour profiter du cadre et du restaurant :) Merci à vous tous

Un accueil aux petits oignons, des lodges très agréables et propres. Le cadre est vraiment super ! Le repas du soir était tout aussi réussi. Bien servi et goûteux. Le personnel était aux soins pour nous, souriant et à l'écoute.
