Next to the bar, you can also explore our beautiful wine cellar, which holds 700 bottles carefully hand-selected by our head chef.

Chef Ludovic PERGENT’s team and Restaurant Manager Thierry CHUDZIAK’s team welcome you every day to offer you a timeless experience that will delight your eyes and your taste buds.
Chef Ludovic PERGENT draws his passion for cooking from the Lorraine region where he was born. Originally from Verdun in Meuse, he first discovered his vocation through family tradition. He quickly realised that this passion could become a profession based on pleasure and sharing.

Every month, Vol 128 restaurant invites you to embark on a new destination through a unique immersive experience. Join us for a stopover in an extraordinary location, where you can discover authentic flavours and international cuisine that follows our thematic destinations.
Book a stay
Every evening, around 8:30 p.m., the dining room is transformed into a giant screen, allowing you to escape for a moment and enjoy a festive mood or the ambiance of travel.
From April to September, our outdoor terraces are the perfect place to enjoy your meal surrounded by nature and the rhythm of the seasons.
The Vol 128 restaurant welcomes you seven days a week for an outstanding gourmet experience.

The wellness area
For Hotel guests
Swimming pool access included from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with access at your conveniance.

Hotel guests can use the wellness area privately for a 50-minute slot (by booking) at a rate of 17€ per person.

It is also possible to reserve the whole pool and wellness area in the evening from 8:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. for a maximum of six people at a rate of €50 per room.
For non-Hotel guests
- Gourmet relaxation (35€/pers.)
Enjoy the Pool & Wellness Area, a gourmet platter and a hot drink or soft drink. By prior arrangement and subject to availability, from 2.30 pm to 4 pm, Monday to Sunday. (adults only) - Afterwork relaxation (35€/pers.)
Come and enjoy the Pool & Wellness Area (‘privatisation’) and a signature Vol 128 cocktail (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or a soft drink. Booking required and according to availability, from 6 pm to 7.30 pm, Sunday to Thursday. (Adults only)
